Russell Melvin Wright, 84 of Brownwood passed away on June 15, 2018. He was preceded in death by wife Betty Wright and parents, George and Annie Mae Wright. He taught at Early High School and then worked at 3M until his retirement.
He is survived by daughter, Teresa Rives and husband, Thomas; two granddaughters, Tiffany Holder and husband Daniel, and Renee Bading and husband Justin. He is also survived by two sisters, Billie Harris and Paula Winfrey and husband Tony; two nephews and one niece; three great grandchildren; one great niece and one great nephew.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 5-7 PM at Davis-Morris Funeral Home and a graveside service will be Friday, June 22, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Cross Cut Cemetery.
