Emergency responders were called to the scene of a motorcycle accident on Coleman Street Thursday afternoon which sent a man to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
At 4:53pm, a man lost control of the motorcycle he was riding after navigating through a curve in the road and struck a sign post, according to responders on scene.
Officials said that the man’s injuries did not appear to be serious; however he was transported to Brownwood Regional Medical Center for evaluation and treatment.
Brownwood Police Department, Brownwood Fire Department and Guardian EMS responded to the scene of the accident.
