Milton Avenue Baptist Church will host a brisket fundraiser on Saturday, June 8th from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. to help raise money for youth to attend summer camp.
Brisket plates will be offered for $8 each and may be delivered (for orders of five plates or more) or picked up at Milton Avenue Baptist Church, located at 702 Milton Avenue in Brownwood (near the Brownwood Coliseum). For directions or to place an order, call Abraham Delgado at 325-200-2064.
Organizers state that the goal is to raise enough money to send 15 kids to camp at a cost of nearly $200 each. Donations are also appreciated.
