Brownwood News – According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, the following case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court.
Joe Mary Balencia, aka Jose Maria Balencia, pied guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to Thirty (30) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Judge Stephen Ellis presided over the case.
