Saturday, September 15th

Sunday, September 16th

12:47 p.m. A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy spoke with a complainant who advised her mailbox had been shot with a gun every Saturday night for the last three weeks. The complainant stated she knows of a possible suspect but refused to name the individual until she has proof.

3:59 p.m. A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy arrived at the Law Enforcement Center in regards to an inmate-on-inmate assault inside the Brown County Jail.

5:39 p.m. A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to the intersection on Brooke Valley Drive and Oak Train Drive in May in regards to an accident. According to the report, the victim had been involved in an accident while driving a golf cart.

Monday, September 17th

3:22 p.m. A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy arrived at an address on N. US 183 in Early in regards to a theft. According to the report, the deputy spoke with a complainant who stated her daughter’s ex-boyfriend had used her “Obama phone” but refuses to return the device.

Tuesday, September 18th

8:36 a.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 500 block of 6th Street in regards to a theft.

1:22 p.m. A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to an address on N. US 183 regarding a dog bite.

7:57 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of Commerce in reference to a theft at a business. According to the report, a male subject had stolen several items from the store and was confronted by employees. The man, identified by jail logs as 40 year old Brian Pierce, was arrested for Theft and Possession of Marijuana. Pierce was transported to the Brown County Jail.

9:00 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 600 block of W. Commerce in reference to a suspicious individual. After a brief investigation, a firearm with a defaced serial number was located during a search of the vehicle. According to jail logs 22 year old Daniel Dominguez was arrested and charged with Tampering With ID Numbers, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Wednesday, September 19th

1:00 a.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to a north Brownwood address for trespass and theft. According to jail logs 24 year old Stetson Lee Wayne Walls was arrested for Criminal Trespass of a Habitation.
