*12:52 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 3600 block of Milam Drive regarding a domestic disturbance.
Wednesday, August 31
*7:56 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding identity theft. According to the report, the complainant stated that her sister (the suspect) sought medical treatment in Colorado Springs, Colorado and used the complainant’s personal identification information to receive this treatment.
*5:14 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to an address on CR 551 regarding theft. According to the report, someone took items from the caller’s property.
*Brownwood Police arrested 20-year-old Anthony Francisco Duffy of Brownwood on a warrant related to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Duffy was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $110,000 as of Thursday morning.
*Brownwood Police arrested 37-year-old Ronnie Wayne Graves, Jr. of Brownwood on warrants related to child support (Tom Green County) and nonpayment of child support (San Saba County).
*Brownwood Police arrested 26-year-old David Bradley Jenkins of Brownwood on warrants related to failure to appear/traffic and possession of drug paraphernalia.*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Coby Pool of Odessa, Texas on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver drug free zone.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Angela Ann Proctor of Cold Springs, Texas on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/engage in organized criminal activity. Proctor was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond.
*42-year-old Louis Salazar of Brownwood on a warrant related to continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Thursday, September 1
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jason Bishop for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old Kevin Wayne Clark of Brownwood on a warrant related to failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance. Clark was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bond as of Thursday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old Flavio Noe Hernandez of Brownwood on warrants related to failure to appear/traffic, display expired license plate, and expired license driver’s license.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Evlyn Kathryn Kelly of Brownwood on a warrant related to bail jumping and failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, surety withdrawal/possession of a controlled substance, and forgery of a financial instrument-elderly. Kelly was begin held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $30,000 as of Thursday morning.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 20-year-old Tyler May of Cisco, Texas for theft of services equal or greater than $2500 less than $30,000, and evading arrest (Runnels County).
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 21-year-old Brittany Pence of Brownwood for theft of property equal or greater than $2500 less than $30,000 and resist arrest search or transport.
