According to BCSO officials, the two women had conflicting reports of where they were traveling.  During the investigation, the deputy found that both women were in possession of a small quantity of methamphetamine, officials said.  A criminal instrument was also found under the vehicle, a PVC pipe with magnets on both ends used to conceal contraband, according to BSCO investigator Carlyle Gover.  Marijuana was also found in the vehicle, he said.
