Law enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, May 10, 2016

*10:21 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1200 block of Austin Avenue regarding forgery/counterfeiting. According to the report, a local bank had received a deposit from a local convenience store which contained a counterfeit $10 bill. An investigation is ongoing, the report states.
*6:52 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the area of Austin Avenue and Lackey Street regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, a fight was occurring in a vehicle and a male had gotten out of the van and was leaving the scene. As a result of this call, 43-year-old Kevin Ray Jackson of Burleson was arrested for assault family violence.
*7:01 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1600 block of 4th Street regarding the burglary of a habitation.
*8:16 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence in Blanket, TX in reference to an assault that had taken place.
*9:40 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a residence in Early, Texas regarding a domestic disturbance which was in progress with the report of a victim having been run over by a vehicle during an assault. According to the report, a male victim had been assaulted by multiple known subjects. The victim’s father had also allegedly been run over by a vehicle operated by one of the male suspects, the report states. Deputies arrived on scene after the suspects had left the scene, according to the report.*11:41 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence in Bangs, TX regarding the burglary of a vehicle. According to the report, property was taken from the vehicle.
*Brownwood Police arrested 38-year-old Jessica Mae Galloway of Spring Branch on a warrant.
*Brownwood Police arrested 23-year-old Orion Peters of Brownwood on an Eastland County warrant related to motion to revoke/possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*50-year-old Cecil Dale Ryan of Brownwood was arrested on a warrant related to aggravated sexual assault of a child. Ryan was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bond as of Tuesday morning.
