Friday, December 4
*2:04 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2400 block of 4th Street regarding harassment. According to the report, a suspect has been identified and an active stalking case is being investigated.
*2:24 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy made a traffic stop at the intersection of County Road 136 and CR 147 in Bangs. According to the report, the driver’s nervous behavior led the deputy to ask for consent to search the vehicle, which was denied. The Early K-9 unit was dispatched and a probable cause search located marijuana inside the vehicle, the report states. The driver, identified as 25-year-old Christopher Robert Delisle of Bangs, was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces in a drug free zone.
*4:24 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1200 block of Looney Street regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the rear window of the complainant’s vehicle had been broken out. There were no known suspects at the time of the report.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Luis Alanis of Coleman on warrants related to sex offender’s duty to register life/annually and theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Roland Eugene Burkes of Brownwood on a warrant related to burglar of a habitation. Burkes was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Carl Eugene Franklin of Bangs on a warrant related to delivery of a controlled substance.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Weston S. Hinze of Bangs on a warrant related to aggravated assault date/family/house member. Hinze was later released on $25,000 bond.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 58-year-old Billy Ross Lemons of Brownwood on warrants related to delivery offer delivery of dangerous drug and manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 3/4 equal greater than 400 grams.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 61-year-old Diana Moreno of Brownwood on a warrant related to credit card or debit card abuse elderly. Moreno was later released on $10,000 bond.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 52-year-old Patrick Tyrone Tharp of Early on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 38-year-old Angela Heather Valdez of Brownwood on a warrant related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 3/4.
Saturday, December 5
*3:27 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 600 block of 2nd Street regarding theft. According to the report, two people were asked to leave the home and they allegedly took property which did not belong to them. The subjects could not be located at the time of the call and the incident was documented at the complainant’s request.
*1:19 PM – A Brownwood policeman was patrolling in the 1700 block of 3rd Street when he saw a subject act out of the ordinary when he saw the patrol vehicle. Contact was made with the subject in the 1600 block of 3rd Street, and the subject identified as 35-year-old Virginia Ruth Greene of Brownwood was found to have two outstanding warrants, the report states. Greene was transported to the Brown County Jail, where upon booking, she was found to be in possession of narcotics and was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram and for prohibited substance in correctional facility.
*1:20 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Austin Avenue regarding theft. According to the report, a suspect was named and a case of theft of property equal or greater than $100 less than $750 was documented.
*11:42 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s deputies were called to residences on County Road 287 regarding an assault which had already occurred. According to the report, the complainant stated that he had been assaulted by two known males when he failed to leave a party after being asked to leave. The complainant suffered substantial injuries to his face and was unsure if he wanted to pursue charges at the time of the report, according to law enforcement.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 41-year-old Bryan Travis Burt of Brownwood for intoxication assault. Burt was later released on $10,000 bond.
*Early Police arrested 55-year-old Randy Lee Crawford of Brownwood for possession of drug paraphernalia.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 56-year-old Tammie Faye McDaniel of Brownwood on warrants related to delivery of a controlled substance and manufacture delivery of a controlled substance.
*Early Police arrested 29-year-old Kendall Fredrick Theis of Brownwood for evading arrest/detention, driving while license invalid with previous conviction, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating unregistered motor vehicle.
Sunday, December 6
*10:14 AM – Brownwood Police were called to an apartment in the 2700 block of Greenway regarding the theft of a game console. According to the report, officers during their investigation met with a male at another location who was babysitting two young children. The male, identified as 30-year-old Francisco Diaz, Jr. was arrested for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone and for endangering a child.
*Brownwood Police arrested 33-year-old Joe Wayne Bastardo of Brownwood on a warrant related to tampering with a witness. Bastardo is being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bond.
*Texas Parks and Wildlife Department arrested 26-year-old Pricilla Dawn Pardun of Dallas for public intoxication.
