Monday, November 12

*11:26am-Brownwood Police met a complainant at the law enforcement center and received a report of vandalism.

*10:33pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive regarding terroristic threat.  According to the report, the complainant’s juvenile daughter informed her of a threat made by the complainant’s husband.  The daughter told her mother, while at her dad’s house, that he threatened to cause serious harm to the complainant.

Tuesday, November 13

*2:36am-Brownwood Police were called to the 2100 block of Avenue D regarding theft of service.  According to the report, a City of Brownwood water Department employee found a water meter, which had been disconnected on August 2, 2012, that had a cut lock.  Apparently someone had been obtaining water illegally after the water was turned off, the report states.  The meter read 427 at the time it was turned off and locked and now reads 429 cubic feet used.  The lock was gone indicating it was removed illegally, according to police.

*3:34am-Brownwood Police were called to the 1700 block of 4th Street regarding harassment.  According to the report, the complainant’s girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend was calling, texting and going to the residence late at night and would not stop.  Contact was made with the subject; he was advised to stop all communication and issued a trespass warning for the address, the report states.  The subject continued to text the complainant stating that “they would pay for calling the police,” according to the report.  Charges were filed, the report states.

*12:15pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to 401 W. Commerce, Wal-Mart regarding theft.  According to the report, the officer observed video surveillance involving theft and a suspect was identified.  Charges are being pursued the report states.
