Wednesday, October 5
*10:20 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1800 block of Vincent Street regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the back window of a pickup truck had been broken out and the rear quarter panel dented and scratched. A known suspect was identified and an investigation is ongoing, according to the report.
*5:27 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding the issuance of a criminal trespass warning against a suspect for her property.
*6:41 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of Dallas Street regarding theft of property. According to the report, a refrigerator was taken from the property and recovered at a residence in the 1700 block of Dallas Street. Known suspects were identified.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the violation of a sex offender’s failure to comply with sex offender’s requirements when he left the state to visit relatives in Utah.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old John Vidal Pesina of Brownwood on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram/probation violation.*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Meghann Brown Sharp of Brownwood on a warrant related to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated robbery.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Christopher Marc Spurill of Brownwood for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Nickolaus Craig Spruill of Brownwood for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thursday, October 6
*53-year-old Donald Augustus Pressley of DeSoto, Texas turned himself in on a warrant related to failure to maintain child support.
*Brownwood Police arrested 34-year-old Jessica Rose Walton of Brownwood on an Eastland County warrant related to theft of property.
