District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Jimmy Padilla pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 37 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Michael Edward Cooper pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Deborah Kim Eaton, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Katharine Marisa Lewis, on probation for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division.  Further, Lewis, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, was revoked and sentenced to 10 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Harold Dean Stewart, pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft-Enhanced and was sentenced to 16 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Joseph Kent Eisenbach, on probation for the felony offense of Criminal Mischief, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Angelina Sophronia Burks, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
