District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that a few felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.
Valerie Castillo pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Aggravated Assault Against Public Servant and Evading Arrest and was Sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Randall Steven Ford pled guilty to the felony offense of Injury to an Elderly Individual and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Timothy James Savell pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
