Eleven Brownwood Intermediate School “Cool Blue Club” members were invited to dine at HPU’s Cool Eatery with their principal, Chuck Chesser, and special HPU guest, Dr. Evelyn Romig.
Cool Blue Club members read all 20 of the 2015 Texas Bluebonnet Award Nominated Books. Every year across the state of Texas, students read 5 of the books on the list of 20 to be eligible to vote for their favorite.Cool Blue Club members invited to the “Cool Blue” Bluebonnet Luncheon included Jonathon Hagood, Jared Negrete, Carlee Richardson, Hayley Jones, Luke Moss, Kylie Wooten, Kylie Chesser, Alysbelle Shero, Mysti Mitchell, Laura Scantling, and Gayla Lishka.
