Brownwood News – The following calls for service were received by the Brownwood Police Department and included in their Offense and Incident Report released on Thursday, June 13.

On Wednesday, June 12, 2019, officers were dispatched to the 4200 block of South US HWY 377 for a report of a stolen trailer. The trailer was stolen between May 25, 2019 and June 12, 2019. Additional information was gathered from the reporting party and a report was generated.

On Wednesday June 12, 2019, officers responded to a report of a vehicle burglary in the 2200 block of Berkley St. Information was gathered from the scene and a report was generated.

On Wednesday June 12, 2019, at approximately 1500 hours, an officer arrived at the LEC, after being dispatched in reference to debit card abuse.

On 06/12/19, Brownwood PD was dispatched to a north Brownwood address in the 500 block of Cordell in regards a male being seen with his pants down in a public area. This call resulted in the arrest of a male for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

The following call was received by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office and included in their report on Thursday, June 13.

On Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at approximately 13:28, a Deputy spoke to the complainant who stated a suspect had been “hacking” his Facebook accounts for over a week.  The report will follow.
