Over 8,000 Brownwood Lions fans traveled to Abilene’s Shotwell Stadium to see the 3A Division 2 Regional playoff game where Brownwood defeated Borger 35-6.  Temperatures were near the freezing mark, and even that could not stop the Lions or their fans.

Dillon Ellis nears the all time record in Texas of 98 extra points kicked in a season with 93 so far this year.  With only 5 left to meet that record and the Lions advancing to the next round, Brownwood is hopeful that Ellis can set a new state record this year.
