The Brown County Museum of History and Alpha Psi Omega invite the public to experience their 7th annual Haunted Jail 2015: Zombie Lockdown and Haunted Museum event.
Zombie Lockdown is a thrilling adventure where participants (10 and over) are equipped with a non-lethal dart gun (NERF) and sent into the dark rooms of the historic old Brown County Jail to fight off a horde of zombies while searching for the mysterious artifact.
This interactive, non-gory action challenge will test nerves and aim. There will also be a Haunted History Walk-Through tour that will travel through the first floor and the museum annex. Organizers invite the public to explore their curiosity in local Brown County legends, and possibly experience some ghostly encounters.
Younger visitors are also encouraged to enjoy the Haunted Museum tour which includes games and prizes for children 10 and under.
Tickets for each of the events cost $5 per person and include admission to exhibits in the museum. Proceeds benefit the Museum of History and Alpha Psi Omega.The Haunted Jail will take place on October 29th, 30th, and 31st from 7:30 p.m. to midnight. Zombie Lockdown tours will take place every 15 minutes and the game and the Haunted History Walk-Through will take place from 7:30pm-10pm.
