Registration for the 2012-2013 Brookesmith ISD Pre-K and Kindergarten classes will be held May 11th from 8:00am-10:00am in the school library.
To be eligible for Pre-K, a child must be 4-years-old on or before September 1, 2012.
To be eligible for Kindergarten, a child must be 5-years-old on or before September 1, 2012.
Parents must bring the following:
Student’s original birth certificate (from the courthouse), or a certified copy
Current immunization record (a list of immunization requirements is available in the school office)
The Student’s original social security card
If students are unable to register on this day, registration is available at the school anytime after this date. However, all children must register, with the above information, before they can enter school.
