Brownwood News – During their regular meeting Tuesday, February 18,  the Brownwood Municipal Development District Board approved a development and infrastructure incentive not to exceed $100,000, plus fill dirt according to the flood permit, to Lisciotti Development for the development and construction of a restaurant located at 500 E. Commerce.

Lisciotti Development has a purchase contract for the property at 500 E. Commerce for the construction and development of a freestanding Chick-fil-A restaurant.

This action by the BMDD Board is subject to ratification by the Brownwood City Council. No additional information is available at this time.
