Monday, March 24
*8:52 PM – BFD was responded to a 2-vehicle accident no injuries on Austin Avenue.
Tuesday, March 25
*11:34 AM – BFD was dispatched to a hazardous materials call in the 600 block of Oak Park. Fire crews arrived on scene to find a gas line had been cut by a land scraper. Firefighters were able to put a plug on line until Atoms arrived.
*6:21 PM – BFD responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 1500 block of Austin Avenue involving a vehicle and a motorcycle. All occupants refused treatment.
Thursday, March 27
*1:43 PM – BFD responded to a 2-vehicle accident with no injuries in the 800 block of Commerce Street.*8:45 PM – BFD was dispatched to a public assist call at the Vicksburg Retirement providing lift assistance.
Friday, March 28
*7:46 AM – BFD responded to a 2-vehicle accident with no injuries in the area of Crockett Drive and Morris Shepherd.
*7:57 AM – BFD responded to 2-vehicle accident with no injuries in the area of Crockett Drive and Memorial Park Drive.
*9:14 AM – BFD was called to the Market Place Apartments regarding a smoke detector activation. After investigating, nothing was found.
Saturday, March 29
*3:33 PM – BFD was dispatched to a fire call on Glenwood Drive where a large tree branch fell across power lines. Oncor was notified.
Sunday, March 30
*10:36 AM – BFD was called to a 3-vehicle accident with no injuries at the intersection of Avenue K and Austin Avenue.
*7:30 PM – BFD was dispatched on a fire call in the 100 block of Broadmoor regarding a residential fire alarm activation. The incident was determined to be a false alarm.
