Alicia was born April 22, 1949 in Santa Anna, Texas to Manuel and Margarita
DeLaRosa Herrera. She attended school in Santa Anna and had lived there until she moved to Brownwood in 1990. On, October 29, 1993 she married Bonifacio Ibarra in Brownwood. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, gardening and cooking.

Brothers: Raymond Ramirez, Romaldo Herrera and Manuel Herrera Jr.
Grandchildren: Jason Baxter, Brooke Wood, Cynthia Ramon, Jonathan Ortega, Jordan Ortega, Jade Ortega, Kristin Smithson and Rachel Smithson.
Numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her mother Margarita Herrera and a brother Sammy Ramirez.
