Brownwood News – Brown County Commissioners will meet at 9:00 am on Monday, July 15, in Commissioners’ Courtroom in the Brown County Courthouse.  The meeting agenda is posted below:

(Any resident of Brown County may speak before the court on any agenda item. Any topic to be addressed that is not on the agenda may be heard with the approval of a majority of the Court present. No presentation shall last longer than five minutes. All speakers will be required to adhere to the rules of procedure, conduct and decorum adopted by the Court on October 6, 2014. The court members may not respond to any speaker making a citizen comment.

  8. Vance Hill, Brown County Sheriff- Consideration and possible approval of employee changes (span cj);
  9. Vance Hill, Brown County Sheriff- Presentation of jail report (span cj);
  10. Carl Greer, Brown County Courthouse Maintenance Supervisor – Consideration and possible approval of replacing courthouse carpet (span cj);
  11. Bart Johnson, Painter and Johnson Financial – Consideration and possible approval of Brown County insurance renewal with Texas Association of Counties health insurance (span cj);
