Cecelia Yvonne Duncan was born on January 13, 1947 in San Antonio, Texas to Doyle Dennison and Mary Jo Swift Daley Jr. On June 1, 1963 she married James Duncan in Brownwood and he preceded her in death on May 7, 2001. Mrs. Duncan was a lifetime resident of this area, was a homemaker and a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Early.
