HallFuneral services for William W. Hall, 60 of Bangs will be held at 2:00pm Saturday September 6, at the New Testament Holiness Church with Bishop Eric D. Reynolds as the Eulogist. A visitation will be held Friday from 6-8pm at the Brownwood Funeral Home.

“Billy” as he’s affectionately called, passed peacefully from this life to meet his Lord and Savior August 31, 2014 at Hendrick Medical Center with his wife and children by his side. Billy was born on February 18, 1954 in Philadelphia PA to William N. Hall and Ruth Delores (Fortson) Hall. He Attended school in Philadelphia, graduating from Overbrook High School in 1972. In 1975 Billy met the love of his life. Billy and Linda were married by Pastor Dwayne Blue on January 2, 1977. From this union they had two girls Monica Genae Hall of Tucsan Arizona and Coporal Vella’ Drenay Hall who’s currently in the US Marines stationed in New Orleans. There are two grandchildren Asia Monet and Quintin Octavious. Billy loved and was very proud of his family and always provided well for them. Prior to his passing he was employed with G4s youth services and G4s Security at Kholer CO.

Billy’s passion in life was his belief in God, his family, drinking coffee, traveling and riding his motorcycles. Billy also enjoyed working in his yard. He was a people person who would start a conversation with anyone. Billy believed everyone had worth and should be validated equally. Billy loved talking, sharing thoughts and ideas and discussing current events.

Billy was preceded in death by Grandparents, Father William N. Hall and sister Kim Hall.

Billy leaves to cherish his many memories his wife of 37 years Linda D. Hall, daughters Monica and Vella, Grandchildren Asia and Quintin. Parents Ruth D. Hall and the late William N. Hall. Two brothers Gregory N. Hall and Antonio “Tony” M. Hall (Alice). Five sisters, Angel Jones (Ernie), Bertha Baker (Randy), Ingrid Baney (Craig), and Kia Jawana Hall. Two Aunts Juanita Allen and Loretta Fortson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and co-laborers in Christ.
