William Patrick “Bill” Gibbard, 93 of Mullin, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2019.  Family visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday, June 6, at Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home in Goldthwaite.  Funeral service will be at 10:00 am Friday, June 7, at Stacy-Wilkins Chapel.  Burial in Duren Cemetery in Mills County.
