W.H. Trobaugh, age 62, of Bangs passed away September 8, 2017 in Abilene. W.H. was born January 2, 1955 to William Henry Trobaugh Jr, and Phyllis Jean (Bardwell) Trobaugh in Dallas, Texas.
W.H. was self employed most of his life and did many different jobs including painting and maintenance. He was a Native American of the Chickasaw Indian Tribe. He loved NASCAR, hunting, fishing, bull riding, picking Pecans, and watching his sweet Erika in the Bangs One Act Play.
W.H. is survived by his daughter Shana Mathis and husband Tobin of Krum, son Cody Trobaugh and wife Stephanie of Ga, and 3 grandchildren; seven sisters Karen Owen of Bangs, Rhonda Louviere and husband Chris of Bangs, Teresa Ball of Arkansas, Mary Harris and husband Darryl of Denton, Georgia Strakos and husband James of Bangs, Ella Owen and husband Larry of Oklahoma, and Debra Carson of The Colony; he is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his Parents, 1 brother Allen Trobaugh and a special friend Jody Hill.
A celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday September 11, 2017 in the Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Barnum officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Sunday evening at Blaylock Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Bangs Food Panty in his name. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.
