The principal cause of the lack of education is poverty, the loss of jobs. The greedy rich have moved American jobs to poverty stricken areas of the world that have never known any life except poverty. The rich have reduced the pay of the American worker into the poverty area, simply stated to increase profits which they do not need – nor deserve.
The worker created the wealth of the rich and should be paid a living wage for his labor.Respectfully,
