Lake Brownwood levels continue to drop despite the recent rainfall. According to the Brown County Water Improvement Website, the lake is now at 6.7 feet below the spillway level which is continuing its steady decline this month.
There is a good chance of rain for the remainder of the week although much of the chance is in the form of isolated thundershowers. If these build just right, they might benefit the lake levels.
