Lake Brownwood

Water lightly stained; 70–73 degrees; 10.16′ low. Black bass to 3 pounds are fair on chartreuse jigs, dark spinnerbaits, and perch colored crankbaits. Hybrid striper are slow. White bass are good on Li’l Fishies and shad colored crankbaits off lighted docks at night. Crappie are good on minnows and blue tube jigs over brush piles under lights at night. Channel catfish are good on live bait over baited holes. Yellow catfish are slow.

Lake Coleman

Water lightly stained; 70–74 degrees; 12.82′ low. Black bass are good on small spinnerbaits and crankbaits. Hybrid striper are fair on white striper jigs. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Channel catfish are fair on stinkbait and liver. Yellow catfish are slow.

O.H. Ivie Reservoir

Water stained; 62–68 degrees; 33.09′ low. Black bass are fair to good on Rat–L–Traps, Texas rigs, chatterbaits and shaky heads. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. White bass are fair on slabs. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers and prepared bait.

Lake Proctor

Water lightly stained; 72–76 degrees; 4.73′ low. Black bass are good on watermelon red soft plastic worms and Rat–L–Traps. Striped bass are fair on chartreuse striper jigs. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows and white tube jigs. Channel and blue catfish are very good on stinkbait and frozen shrimp. Yellow catfish are slow.
