Lake Brownwood

Water clear; 9.79′ low. Black bass are good on watermelon soft plastic worms and trolling Rat–L–Traps. Hybrid striper are fair on white striper jigs. White bass are fair on Li’l Fishies. Crappie are good on minnows and blue tube jigs over brush piles. Channel catfish are fair on stinkbait and shrimp. Yellow catfish are slow.

Lake Coleman

Water clear; 60–64 degrees; 10.96′ low. Black bass are good on pumpkinseed Rat–L–Traps, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits. Hybrid striper are good on minnows. Crappie are good on minnows over brush piles. Channel catfish are good on stinkbait and shrimp. Yellow catfish are slow.

O.H. Ivie Reservoir

Water stained; 52–59 degrees; 27.16′ low. Black bass are fair on spinnerbaits, Rat–L–Traps, jigs Texas rigged lizards. Crappie are fair to good on live minnows. Catfish are fair on prepared bait.

Lake Proctor

Water stained; 60 degrees; 6.10′ low. Black bass are fair on watermelon soft plastic worms with chartreuse tails. Striped bass are fair on minnows. White bass are fair on minnows. Crappie are fair on minnows in 10 – 16 feet. Channel and blue catfish are fair on juglines baited with shad and perch. Yellow catfish are slow.
