Wayne Dalton of Coleman, Texas passed from this life on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at his residence at the age of 73 years.
Leetis Wayne Dalton was born on April 23, 1946, in Advance, MO, and was the youngest child to Leonard and Nelle Rhodes Dalton. He was raised in Missouri where the graduated from Delta High School of Delta, MO. Wayne served his country with the United States Army in the Vietnam War.
On August 14, 2014 Wayne married Helen Rosanelle Boenicke in Brownwood, TX. He was a resident of Texas for 40 years moving from to Coleman in 2016 and was a member of the local Methodist Church. Wayne was owner of Dalton Jewelers of Brownwood, TX for many years.
He is survived by his wife Rosanelle Dalton of Coleman, TX; daughters Trichele Allen of Gatesville, TX, Chantaye and husband Mickey Patton of Coppell, TX, Rennae Dalton of Burlington, KY, Dyana and husband Calvin Clark of El Cajon, CA; stepsons Chris & wife Brandy Wesson of Round Rock, TX and Tad Jarvis of Itasca, TX; grandsons Jacob, Hunter, Peyton, Jack, Liam & Myles; and one great grandchild; sister Suda Crawford of Newburgh, IN, and brother Arthur Max Dalton of Cape Girardeau, MO.
Wayne was preceded in death by his late wife Michelle Dalton of Brownwood, TX, sisters, Nelda Crader, Glenda Schuh, brothers Bill and Darris Dalton, and stepdaughter Geri Jarvis.
A private burial will be held in Bangs TX, under the care of Henderson Funeral Home of Coleman, TX.
