Walter James Duncan, 93 formerly of Mills County, passed away Monday.

Visitation will be at 1 pm Saturday, November 9 before the 2 pm service at Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home.  Burial to follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Mills County.
