The Brownwood Area Community Garden is working on their fall clean up and volunteers are invited to come this Saturday, November 12th from 9:00am-noon and lend a helping hand to finish up the job.
With the recent freezes, fall cleanup at the garden is well underway. Garden Coordinator Daniel Graham states, “Join us to finish the job! Come for a little while, or stay longer, or just watch! Everyone is welcome.”
Volunteers will be pulling the last of the summer plants out, and filling the compost bins. There will be lighter tasks as well, such as harvesting the gourds from the arbor and the hyacinth runner bean pods.
