Funeral services for Violet Ingram, age 93, of Brownwood, Texas will be held 10 AM Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at the Heartland Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Hall officiating. Interment will follow in Greenleaf Cemetery. Mrs. Ingram passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017 in Brownwood Regional Medical Center.
Violet Faye was born on March 31, 1923 in Eastland County to Earl T. and Ruby Wilson. On, November 7, 1942 she married Willie Ingram in Brownwood and was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She had previously lived in Houston.
Survivors include her son Bill Ingram and wife Leitha; one brother Bill Wilson of Brownwood; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and infant daughter Barbara Jean Ingram.
