The Victory Life Academy Warriors football team defeated the Granbury Happy Hill Pioneers at Warrior Stadium 63 to 18 Friday night in their last regular game of the season. The game was halted with 20 seconds left in the third quarter due to the 45 point mercy rule.
This was a great defensive game for the Warriors as they held the Pioneers to under 300 yards of total offense. VLA went to 5-0 in district and are the outright district champs. They have a bye next week and a first round bye in the playoffs. They will host a home playoff game the following week.
