VFW Post 3278, Ladies and Men’s Auxiliaries hosted a fish fry fundraiser for Autism and “honor the dead by helping the living” on Friday, April 19th.
The fundraiser was held at VFW Post 3278, located at 2300 Stephen F. Austin in Brownwood.
Meals of fried fish, coleslaw, beans, hush puppies and relish were offered at $8 per plate.
Proceeds from the fundraiser, which totaled approximately $1200, are being donated to support the fight against Autism. Members of the VFW, Ladies and Men’s Auxiliaries appreciate those who supported this fundraiser and special cause.Pictured above are VFW members preparing the fish for cooking.
