VFW Post 3278 along with the VFW Auxiliary and Men’s Auxiliary will host a fish fry fundraiser from 10:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18th to benefit the Walker Cancer Center Patience Assistance Fund. The fundraiser will be held at the VFW Post, located at 2300 Stephen F. Austin, in Brownwood.
Meals of fried fish, coleslaw, beans, hushpuppies, and relish will be offered for $8 a plate. Advance orders can be made by calling the VFW at 325-646-8113.
Delivery will be available in the Brownwood and Early areas beginning at 10:30 a.m. or supporters are welcome to come to the post and have lunch with members. For delivery of meals please call 325-646-8113.Proceeds from this fundraiser will help support The Walker Cancer Center Patient Assistance Fund.
