Vesta Rachel Willborn, age 95, of Richland Springs passed away December 7, 2014, at a local nursing home.
Vesta was born March 26, 1919, to Theo and Mae Brigance in Montague County. She was a longtime resident of San Saba County and a member of the Baptist Church at Holt, Texas.
Vesta is survived by 2 daughters, Billie Jean McDonald of Bandera, Jo Francis Sanford of San Angelo; son, Sherman Lee Willborn of Brownwood; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters; a large extended family; and a host of friends.She was preceded in death by her, husband S.C. Willborn; her parents; 1 brother; and 3 sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 11, 2014, at Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel of San Saba with Bro. Barry Fikes officiating, interment will follow in the Richland Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 P.M. prior to the service.
