The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Union Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, May 18th to welcome them as a new member of the Chamber.
First Presbyterian and Austin Avenue Presbyterian Church joined together in 1967 to form Union Presbyterian Church. Today, members and friends of the church volunteer their time and talents to numerous local, state, and national organizations. Union Presbyterian Church of Brownwood is a connectional church and is a member of the Palo Duro Presbytery and the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)
Union Presbyterian Church offers Sunday School classes at 9:15am and worship services at 10:30am each Sunday morning. Child care is also available on Sunday mornings.
