On the morning of September 28, 2011, students at the Ron Jackson State Juvenile Correctional Complex gathered around the school’s flagpole to join the more than 3 million students from around the world in prayer during the annual See You at the Pole event.
Gathered in unity, the students joined together to pray for friends, families, teachers, schools, and the nation. As a special treat, members of the school choir performed two patriotic songs during the prayer event.
The students at the facility have been prayerfully preparing for See You at the Pole for several weeks and were honored to be able to join the rest of the nation in this special time of prayer.
