Brown County emergency responders were called to a two-vehicle accident with injuries at the intersection of County Roads 352 and 355 Thursday evening.
Approximately 6:00 PM, two pickup trucks collided in the intersection which resulted in the driver of each vehicle being transported to the hospital. The extent of their injuries was unknown at the time of the accident. One dog that was riding in one of the vehicles was also injured. According to emergency responders, the drivers and the dog were the only occupants of the vehicles.The Ford pickup had heavy front-end damage and its bumper was lodged in the passenger side of the Chevy pickup. The Chevy also crashed through a chain link fence on a property at the intersection as a result of the impact.
Brown County Sheriff’s Office, Blanket Volunteer Fire Department, Early Fire Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, and Guardian EMS responded to the scene of the accident.
