Turtle Restaurant Hosts 4th Wine Exploration Dinner

Featured this month is BluffDale Vineyards.

The Turtle Restaurant will be hosting its 4th Wine Exploration dinner tomorrow, September 17 at 7pm in Brownwood.  This month’s wine selections come from BluffDale Vineyards located between Stephenville and Granbury on Hwy 377.

The cost is $65.00 per person and a round of tastings is included.  Additional glasses can be purchased.

Chef, Thomas Vezina, has created a special menu for the evening as follows.

Menu

Cabernet Sauvignon – Beef Tournado
– green peppercorns, foccacio crouton

Chardonnay – Pan Seared Ahi Tuna
– Asian greens, wasabi cream, pickled ginger

White Cliff – Peking Duck Salad
– pulled duck, Asian vegetables, glass noodle, sweet sesame vinaigrette

Nexus – Rosemary Garlic Seared Pork Tenderloin
– roasted garlic whipped potatoes, french beans, mango chutney

Lenoir – Caramelized Peaches
