Brownwood News –  Don’t let the Sunday sunshine and temps in the 70’s fool you.  Monday is going to suddenly turn bitterly cold.  It is estimated that between 7:00 am and 10:00 am Monday morning, a very strong Arctic front will surge through the Brownwood area.  Here is what to expect:

Slight chance for rain on Monday – Less than 1/10 of an inch
Strong wind all day – Northerly 25-35 mph
Wind Chill during the morning in the low 30’s
Wind Chill during the afternoon in the mid 20’s
Temperature by early Tuesday morning – 22-25 degrees
High Temperature Tuesday – Near 40
Outdoor pets and livestock will need extra care Monday through Wednesday.
