TSTC Brownwood summer 2013 awards

Texas State Technical College West Texas presented awards to graduating students at the Brownwood campus Thursday night in their 2013 summer student awards ceremony.

Students at the Brownwood campus received special honors Thursday including program awards, leadership awards, outstanding graduate awards and several special honors.

Kathryn Black received the President’s Award for the Brownwood campus.  One graduate from each TSTC campus is selected for this award.

Eleven students were also inducted into Phi Theta Kappa for their academic achievements including Eugene Bastardo, T’Shayla Bollum, Joanna Brandstetter, Nathana Garcia, Jimmy Henkel, Eric Lamb, Jessica Lloyd, Joseph Lucas, Sandra Mann, Adolph Narro and Michele Sandefer.

Students from all four TSTC West Texas campuses in Brownwood, Abilene, Breckenridge, and Sweetwater will participate in graduation ceremonies on Friday in Abilene including those recognized from the Brownwood campus.  A total of 110 students will graduate from all of the campuses.
