Texas State Technical College West Texas presented awards to graduating students at the Brownwood campus in their 2015 fall student awards ceremony which marked the end of the semester and celebrated achievements of students.
Students at the Brownwood campus received special honors Thursday evening including program awards, leadership awards, outstanding graduate awards and several special honors.Those receiving honors are pictured at top and include:
Cecil Cox: Outstanding Student Award, the highest of all awards
Kim Nolan: Program Award for Database & Web Programming
Stephanie Trowbridge: Leadership Award
Amy Low: Program Award for Software & Business Management – Accounting
Jason Riggs and Shirley Drake: Leadership Awards
Texas State Technical College’s Beta Iota Chi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa inducted six new members prior to the awards ceremony.
PTK is an international honor society for two year colleges.
