PASS6

“Pride for Areas Surrounding Schools” (PASS) will host a Tire/Trash Round Up on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Oct 15, 16 & 17) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to help prevent West Nile Virus in our area.

Tires stored outside are a continuing source of breeding mosquitoes carrying a variety of diseases.

Residents of the City of Brownwood may dispose of up to 8 tires for FREE at 1005 Irma Street, a vacant lot across from the Coggin Elementary School, on Thursday.  Tires larger than those on cars and pickups will not be accepted. Tires with rims may be taken to the Landfill.

This Tire/Trash Round Up event is sponsored by the City of Brownwood and Brownwood Independent School District.  For more information please call 325-646-5331.
