TinaBoydNORA CHARLENE (TINA) BOYD Funeral services for Nora Charlene (Tina) Boyd, 80, of Early, Texas will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel with Sam Allen officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m Tues., Feb. 16,2010 at the funeral home.  She passed away Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010 at Brownwood Regional Medical Center, Brownwood, Texas.

Nora Charlene (Tina) Boyd was born on May 7. 1929 in Priddy, Texas to Charlie and Lucille Nichols Kames. She married Jimmie Ray Boyd on Feb. 4, 1950. A long time resident of Brown County, she loved everyone and never met a stranger. She loved to dance, crochette and fish.

Survivors include her daughters, Kathy Jopson and husband Paul of Early. Judy Cox and husband James of Bangs. Four Grandchildren Allison Paulson and husband Chad of Sulphur Springs, Texas. Daniel Earhart of Early. Stephanie Rush and husband Preston of Bangs. Kirsten Field of Bangs. And Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and several brothers and sisters.

Pallbearers will be: Daniel Earhart, Chad Paulson, J.E. Gilbert, Corky Bryant, Wesley Bryant, and Christopher Bryant. Honorary Pallbearers Josh Gilbert, Mike McCoy, Jerry Wayne (Shorty) Lobstein, Blake Haney, Chris Ripley and Paul Pannell.
