Two pickups were involved in an accident in the 2500 block of Austin Avenue on Thursday afternoon.
Both vehicles were traveling northbound on Austin Avenue when the accident occurred in what appeared to be rear ending at approximately 3:15 p.m. The cause of the accident was not immediately available.No injuries were reported at the time of the accident.
The Ford pickup had a towing hitch on it and received little damage; however the Chevy’s bumper was knocked off as a result of the accident.
Brownwood Police Department, Brownwood Fire Department and Guardian EMS responded to the scene.
