A line of thunderstorms is expected to develop to the west after midnight and sweep across the area into the overnight hours and into early morning on Thursday.
The forecast is calling for a 50% of scattered storms overnight increasing to a 70% chance of severe storms in the morning with strong winds and large hail possible.
Along with the stormy weather, a cool down is expected with a overnight low of 65 degrees which is also the expected high on Thursday. The low Thursday night is forecast to be in the mid 40’s.
