A three-car accident partially blocked Coggin Avenue at 10th Street for about 30 minutes Thursday afternoon; however no injuries were reported.

A woman and her 14-month-old daughter were driving northeast on Coggin in a Toyota Rav4 at the same time another woman in a Chevy Trailblazer was crossing from a doctor’s office parking lot on Coggin to 10th Street.  The driver of the Trailblazer stated that she did not see the Rav4 as she tried to cross the 4 lane street.

According to witnesses on scene, the impact of the Trailblazer into the Rav4 pushed it into a Toyota Tundra pickup which was stopped at the stop sign on 10th Street.

The Rav4 received damage on both back quarter panels, all airbags deployed and its two occupants were uninjured, but shaken from the crash.   The Trailblazer only received slight front end damage with its license plate being knocked off.  It was occupied only by its driver who stated she had just a little back pain from the impact.  The Tundra pickup had damage to its bumper which was pushed into the front driver’s side wheel and to its front quarter panel on the same side.  The driver of the pickup was uninjured.

See pictures below of the damage.
